		<description>Its really useless to get traffic from digg and stubleupon because it give traffic for short term only and one more disadvantage is if you are index top in google and if your article or blog post get vert very popular in digg and stumbleupon and get too many clicks then google immediately remove you from listing ( this is my experience)
